James Roesch
Jim started with CFI in 2002 and has over 35 years of sales experience. He has specialized in the Health, Medicare, and Employee Benefits field for the past 20 years. Jim has 3 children and lives in Delaware, Ohio. He is an active member of Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals. His passion is helping clients, volunteering and supporting his community. His hobbies include bicycling, traveling and spending time with his family, friends and pets.
Sarah Fisher
Sarah joined the CFI team in 2013 with a background in office administration and customer service management. As a licensed agent and member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, she specializes in Individual and Group benefits. She currently serves as a trustee on the board of NABIPNWOHIO. Her hobbies include fly fishing, hiking, reading and writing. She enjoys volunteering and serving those in need.

About Our Founder, Robert Whitmore
Bob began his journey in the insurance industry in 1960 as an agent, swiftly ascending to upper management within five years. In 1990, he established Creative Financial Insurance, marking the beginning of a remarkable legacy spanning over 50 years of devoted service to the insurance sector.
Acknowledging Bob's profound knowledge and commitment to continuous learning, the Life Underwriting Training Counsel honored him with the distinguished designation of LUTCF. His extensive educational background was a testament to his dedication to excellence. Specializing in Medicare, Individual and Group health insurance, as well as Life insurance, Bob's expertise was widely recognized and respected. Bob was also an active member of the National Life Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters, contributing to the advancement and professionalism of the industry. Over the course of his career, he exemplified the highest standards of integrity and service. Bob's dedication extended beyond his professional life, as he actively engaged in his community and church, driven by his unwavering faith.
In addition to his professional achievements, Bob's personal life was equally fulfilling. Married for over 30 years, he considered himself blessed with a loving family, including six children and four grandchildren. After his retirement, Bob settled in Delaware, Ohio, where he found joy in cultivating his garden. His retirement marked a transition from a dynamic career to a life of leisure, where he continued to find fulfillment in simple pleasures. Despite his retirement status, he continued to support CFI, frequently stopping by the office to bless us with his well-known sense of humor and kind words of encouragement.
Though Bob is no longer with us, his legacy lives on through the values he instilled in Creative Financial Insurance. We are honored to carry forward his dedication to excellence, integrity, and compassionate service. As we continue to serve our clients, we strive to embody the principles that Bob held dear throughout his remarkable career.
